BFT has monthly maintenance plans starting at $99.95* per month. If you have a smaller website, or one that only requires occasional changes you will probably be better off paying as you go at our hourly rate. Best of all you can request changes weekly, monthly or anytime they are needed.
To determine your maintenance needs there are many factors to consider; namely the number of products on your site, frequency of updates, and the extent of maintenance to be performed among others. If your needs are more complex, we can design a maintenance plan that works best for you.
All maintenance plans include:
- Testing after each and every edit
- Communication by e-mail or Instant Messenger, 5 days a week.
- Friendly, personal and professional service.
- Members Only support ticket system to log your issues.
Basic XCart Monthly Maintenance - $99.95 per month
A minimum 3 month contract is required to start the service and then you will be invoiced monthly after the first 3 months.
- XCart Security Updates (completed with 24 hours after security patch release)
- Up to (2) Hours of Maintenance Service which includes:
- Product changes and additions
- Template modifications
- Newsletter content
- Photo and image manipulation
- Text rewrites and improvements
- Link checking and repairs
- Installation of any X-Cart Add-On (no customization included)
- Additional hours over 2 invoiced at our preferred maintenance rate of $45.00
- 48-72 Hour Turnaround Time for Urgent Edits

Advanced XCart Monthly Maintenance - $159.95 per month
A minimum 3 month contract is required to start the service and then you will be invoiced monthly after the first 3 months.
- XCart Security Updates (completed with 24 hours after security patch release)
- Up to (4) Hours of Maintenance Service which includes:
- Product changes and additions
- Newsletter content
- Photo and image manipulation
- Text rewrites and improvements
- Link checking and repairs
- 3rd Party mod installation
- Installation of any X-Cart Add-On (no customization included)
- Custom template coding
- Additional hours over 4 invoiced at our preferred maintenance rate of $40.00
- 0-48 Hour Turnaround Time for Urgent Edits
